Welcome to Quantumplations ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website and video platform. By using the service you agree to be bound by them. If you don't agree, please don't use Quantumplations.
1. Accepting these terms
By using Quantumplations you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and able to enter a binding agreement. If you're acting for a company or organization, you confirm you have the authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.
2. What the service does
Quantumplations provides AI-generated animated explainer videos and related tools (the "Services"). Features may change, be added, or be retired over time.
3. Your account
Some features require an account. When you create one, you agree to:
- Give accurate, complete information
- Keep your login credentials confidential
- Take responsibility for everything that happens under your account
We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for anything unlawful or harmful
- Submit content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes someone else's rights
- Try to access systems or data you're not authorized to reach
- Use our AI to create misleading, hateful, or abusive material
We may monitor, remove, or block content or users at our discretion.
5. Intellectual property
Everything that makes up Quantumplations, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned or licensed by us and protected by copyright and other laws.
You keep ownership of the content you create. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and process it solely to operate, maintain, and improve the Services, in line with our Privacy Policy.
A film may include third-party material that is in the public domain or under an open licence, such as a photograph from a public archive. Where it does, we record the source and the licence with the render, and we will tell you what they are on request. Your ownership of the film is subject to those licences: some of them ask for the source to be credited, so if you publish or adapt a film that contains this material, ask us for its sources and credit them wherever you post it.
6. Payments, plans & credits
Subscriptions & auto-renewal
Paid plans renew monthly until you cancel. To cancel, email support@quantumplations.ai; cancelling stops future renewals but does not refund the current period.
Credits
Your plan may include usage credits, spent when you generate or regenerate videos and other outputs. Credit amounts and limits depend on the plan shown at purchase.
Pricing, upgrades & refunds
By subscribing, you confirm you've reviewed the pricing shown on our site. Upgrading doesn't refund your existing payment; eligible credits may roll over and a new term begins under the upgraded plan. No refunds are issued once a billing cycle has started.
7. The nature of AI output
Because Quantumplations is an AI tool, you understand and accept that:
- The same prompt can produce different results each time
- Videos may contain minor flaws: timing drift, spelling slips, formatting quirks, or voice shifts
- These characteristics are an inherent part of working with a generative system
8. Reporting issues & credit adjustments
If you hit a significant problem, report it to support@quantumplations.ai with enough detail to investigate: a project link, steps to reproduce, timestamps, or screenshots. Confirmed major issues are reviewed at our discretion, and any remedy may take the form of a credit added to your account. We don't offer cash refunds, payment reversals, or service extensions under this policy.
9. Disclaimers & liability
The platform is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies or errors, and you are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying it before you publish, share, or rely on it.
You are responsible for how you use and distribute generated content and for complying with applicable laws, platform policies, and third-party rights. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quantumplations is not liable for any loss, damage, or other consequence arising from your use of the Services or the content you create with them.
10. Termination
We may suspend or end your access at any time, without notice, for conduct that breaks these Terms or is otherwise harmful to the Services, other users, or our operations.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the jurisdiction in which Quantumplations operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates are posted here and take effect immediately. Continuing to use the Services means you accept the revised Terms.
